If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our booking features or access our websites.

2. Reservations and Bookings

When making a reservation through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details (name, email, and phone number).

• Hold Time: Table reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. After this period, the table may be released.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or alter your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance using the contact coordinates.
• Group Bookings: Bookings above 8 people may require direct coordination, deposits, or special menus to guarantee the table.

3. Venue Policies & Dress Code

To maintain the premium atmosphere across all Ekam Hospitality venues, we request all guests observe our standard policies:

• Dress Code: Smart casual dress code is enforced at our Cocktail Bar and Shisha Lounge. Right of entry is reserved.
• Age Limits: Entry to our Cocktail Bar and Shisha Lounge is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid photographic ID is required for verification.
• Patron Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask patrons to leave if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or compromises the comfort of other guests.

4. Intellectual Property
